Greg Latchaw, MD, MBA

Greg Latchaw brings medical, business, and classroom experience to Iridium Scholars. He earned an MD after completing an undergraduate degree in biochemistry, practiced as an OB/GYN, and later completed an MBA. Greg holds teaching certifications in mathematics, biology, chemistry, physics, marketing, and finance, and he currently teaches high school geometry.

Over the past ten years, Greg has tutored students in SAT, ACT, GRE, and AP coursework, helping them prepare for demanding tests at important points in their education. His background across science, medicine, and business gives him first-hand knowledge of the study habits required for an exam and for the academic work afterward.

At Iridium Scholars, Greg sets the academic approach our team uses to help students build command of the material, from a high school student preparing for the SAT, to a pre-med student facing an admissions exam, to an adult learner changing careers. His approach combines clear explanations, high expectations, and close attention to each student’s progress.
